Joining forces in cancer coalitions
As members of campaigning coalitions such as Cancer52 and the Cancer Campaigning Group, we are joining forces with other charities to get the best deal for cancer patients.
CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA is working with other cancer charities as member of the campaigning coalition Cancer52.
The aim of the group is to provide a united campaigning voice for the special particular needs of those patients with less common cancers.
In May, Cancer52 met with the government's cancer tsar, Professor Mike Richards, to discuss improvements in the cancer services for those patients with less common cancers as part of the Government's Cancer Reform Strategy.
