Popular television presenter and host of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" would like your help. Please donate to Chris Tarrant's Appeal.

"When my children were little, our house was chaotic, but also full of laughter.

I believe that childhood should be a time for fun, yet for some children their early years are overshadowed by illness."

In 2003 Chris Tarrant was so touched by what he learned about leukaemia that he joined our desparate fight to save young lives.

At best a child must endure several years of gruelling chemotherapy, at worst they will die from their disease.

However, there is hope. For over 22 years, we've been funding vital medical research with amazing results. Your help has made this possible. Thank you.

And with your help, we can continue to fund new research and better treatments - and ultimately a cure.

Louisa Buttery was only three weeks old when she was diagnosed with leukaemia. Louisa's Mum Davina says...

Louisa Buttery"Louisa is one of the lucky ones, she made it through and we are just so very thankful for our lively and energetic little girl.

We know that other families aren't so lucky. If you can help us to beat this disease once and for all, we would all be so very grateful."
