Our Tribute
Jeremy's involvement with this charity was immense and included countless personal appearances, as well as heading up and advising on numerous fundraising campaigns.

He compered our annual Paul O’Gorman Banquet and Ball, entertained the children at the Amazing Great Children’s Party every July and organised the Jeremy Beadle’s Quiz Party each year.

Jeremy's support for CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA knew no bounds and his dedication and commitment resulted in millions of pounds being raised in the fight against the UK’s biggest childhood cancer.

Eddie O’Gorman, founder of CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA and close friend of Jeremy Beadle’s said,

"We were all devastated by Jeremy's death. Jeremy was not only a close personal friend and an extraordinary entertainer, he was one of the most dedicated supporters this charity has ever seen."

CHILDREN with LEUKEAMIA would not be the charity it is today without Jeremy Beadle. He will be sorely missed.

Jeremy Beadle's Summer 2004 Appeal was, of course, hugely successful for us and, even today, still brings donations.
We received the following message...

"We decided to support CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA, as we were finding it difficult to decide on which charity to support, then when we heard the sad news of Jeremy Beadle passing away, and all the amazing work he had done, we thought it was like a sign and decided to go with that."

Jeremy is still inspiring people and bringing in support.
